Hub 3 setting will not allow changes to apply

I have ben trying to change the wifi channels to avoid recent congestion, (neighbour recently got Virgin media broadband).

Strangely the wifi settings page has both 2.4 and 5 disabled, however wifi works on my devices, and when I try to enable them and click apply settings it reports the router is not ready or can not connect to box. I did a network check on the opening page of the hub and it said everything ok except for wifi issues but no explanation.

Do a 60 second pinhole reset on the hub
