Hub 3 red light

hello.  I've had a solid red light on my hub for a couple of weeks now. It suggests connection issues with the wires. I've had everything off and reconnected several times. I've rebooted it and also done the 30 sec pinhole reset buts it's still on the solid red light. My connection in rooms throughout the house is really poor and the VM connect app can't find the hub. Is there anything I've missed that anyone can suggest or is the router on its way out. Any advice much appreciated!!

We're sorry to see you've been having a red light issue with your hub 3, we'd be eager to best assist you with that.

As you've already tried to resolve this by rebooting and resetting the hub and the red light came back on, I'll need to message you privately and perform a few more checks to help out.
