Hub 3 red light

Hi, I am having a real tough time keeping my Wi-Fi connected to my devices. 

it is very intermittent and keeps dropping out. My Hub 3 has a solid red light for a week now and it seems like each day goes by it gets worse. It’s in an open space and far away from anything that could cause interference. 

it’s so difficult to get through to customer service so thought I’d try here.

We're sorry to hear of the connection issues you're experiencing and that your hub 3 has a solid red light on, we'd be eager to best assist with this issue.

Could you please kindly confirm if you're tried to either reboot or reset your hub as seen here, to see if this helps improve things?
