I've had the red light for over a week now, routers stood up, plenty of ventilation...
I've powered it off, pin hole reset.....no change.
Forum suggests a new hub is needed...
Red light is usually an overheating warning. If the Hub is in any way hot, phone in and get it replaced.

A red light on the hub would usually indicate the hub is overheating.
I will need to arrange for an engineer to come out and get this checked and replaced if needed.
