Hub 3 red light

I have had a constant red light (power) on my hub for over a week. My hub is NOT hot. Its placed exactly as required and my Internet is working fine. I've switched it off and left it for 10-15 minutes a few times. I suspect its a faulty hub and/or its on its way out. Can't get thru to customer support to speak to a human. Any suggestions ?

I've checked this here and we're investigating this. If you're not having any service issues and the hub isn't hot or overheating then please do not worry.
