over the last few months, my hub 3 has a red light constantly on the front (this used to be white)
i have check for issues in my area, reset the box and removed cables and put them back and nothing seems to have resolved it. i have read online that the red light is due to the hub overheating. the hub sits away from the v6 box and stand on it own on top of a stand so unsure why this has happened.
i have tried to contact technical support over the last 2 days but the online chat throws me off after a few hours and have tried to call without success.
i appreciate that due to the pandemic, there is limited staff in the office, so thought i would ask the question on here to see whether anyone had any ideas to resolve this as worried that its unsafe to be in the house.
