Hub 3 reboots every day or two, sometimes more than once a day

Hi all,

As the subject says I am experiencing intermittent issues with my hub. Sometimes unfortunately in the middle of a video conference! Posting entries from "Router status" below.

Any suggestions?

Your upstream levels are too high. You’ll need an engineer.

Thanks for the response. Should an engineer contact me through this forum or is there another process I need to follow to book an engineer?

You can either phone in (08:00 is the best time) or wait on here for a few days (6 to 7 days average) until one of the VM Forum Staff comes along.
