Had visit from engineer today.

suspects faulty hub, so has replaced. Will see how it goes but good quick service.

update as of today.

OMG hub 3 rebooted itself again and now i cant connect to wireless network.

message on device saying network disabled.

getting fed up with this.

please help

Disappointing to hear duncan60, having checked it appears there is currently an issue in your area effecting numerous customers. 

 

This doesn't have an estimated fix time at present but our team are currently investigating. Please monitor here virg.in/service for updates.

hi again Rob
checked that link and everything ok in my area.
my broadband is working just now but i have no wireless connection.
I went into router to check and little wheel next to wireless (whils checking status) just keeps spinning finding no wireless connection.
I also logged in to admin to reload and reboot but page just turns blank.

SCREAM ! lol

Sorry duncon60, the issue isn't currently on the Service Status page but is causing issues in your area. This may be the reason you're experiencing the problem, at present there isn't a ticket raised but our team are looking at this currently and will endeavor to rectify this as soon as possible.
