Hub 3 on, no internet

Hub turns on, power light is white... no internet connection. Green lights come on and power light goes green... still no internet connection and it keeps doing that over and over again.

unplugged it all, plugged it all back in, turned back on... still the same.

held rest button for 60 seconds... still the same.

tried messaging virgin but as usual no answer!!

I have just done the link and it’s still the same. It worked when I tried the reset button again but now it’s doing the same again

The best time to call is weekdays 08:00 to get a UK agent, anything after 10:00 you must realise that you are quite likely to get through to an offshore agent that doesn't speak English as a first language.

Or you can wait on here for one of the VM Staff to pick up the thread but this may take a few days.

Sorry to hear this is still happening 

I have just checked a few things from here and I can see we have an engineer booked to come out.

Can you please update this post after the visit , just so we all know it has been fixed
