Hub 3 not connecting to the connect app

can’t connect my hub 3 the the connect app. On the main Page of the app it looks like it’s connected but can’t do a scan or anything to check Wi-fi black spots.

My advice ...

Uninstall the Connect App.

Forget about the app.

Reboot your phone.

Forget about the app.

Let people complain that there is a blackspot.

Forget about the app.

You don’t need a “special” app to check for black spots.

Just go to each room and check what connectivity is like from a phone and other suitable wireless devices.
