Hub 3 not connecting to Additional TV Box

I have recently upgraded to a HUB3.  Since then my additional TIVO box in the bedroom can't connect to the Virgin Media Services network.  I get the message No Network Connection.  The installation guide is no help.  Can anyone help?

Have you linked the TiVo boxes to the new hub?
