Hub 3 keeps rebooting

Basically the Hub 3 we have keeps rebooting itself. We have the max broadband package. I’ve reset it numerous times. It affects both WiFi and Ethernet. I’ve run the test and get the same answer ”nothing wrong”. WELL THERE CLEARLY IS. Can someone shed some light on the situation please?

By reset - do you mean the "pinhole reset to factory settings"?
If not - try that.

log into hub3 - 192.168.0.1 [or 192.168.100.1 if in modem mode] - DON'T SIGN IN, click - click router status [centre of screen] - and post the downstream and upstream figures - to see those press on the grey buttons/boxes labeled - upstream - downstream

if its an earlier hub button is top right

Hi Barberbetts76, welcome to our community forums.

 

Looking at the logs you've provided I can't see anything that is a huge cause for concern at the moment. Are you also able to include a copy of the Network Logs? As this will list any errors the hub encounters.

Have you also been able to try the pinhole reset as jbrennand recommended?

It isn't too likely that it would fix the issues for you but it is always recommended to try it. Reset Your Hub

Following the guide in the link provided I'd recommend ignoring the advice to switch off the hub after the hub restarts.
