Hub 3 issues

Have super hub 3 and if have a power cut hub dies not cone on thus security cameras not active and its a major problem trying to get it running again and showing a constant red light

Try a pinhole reset.  Hold the reset button in for 15 seconds then release for 5.  Do this 3 times and then wait for the hub to boot back up

I work for VMO2 but all opinions are my own and are based on my own experiences

Hi @Fantazein,

 

Welcome back to our Community Help Forum 🙂

 

Sorry to hear that you're having Hub 3 issues and that the Pin Hole reset didn't work.

 

Please could you post your network statistics from your hub, you can do that by following the below instructions:

 

In your browser’s URL box type in http://192.168.0.1 (or http://192.168.100.1 - if in modem mode) and hit return. On the first page up [there should be no need to login if you have done so before]

 

Click on the “router status” icon/text at bottom-middle of first page up and then copy/paste 3 full sets of data onto here – from the Downstream, Upstream, & Network Logs pages.

 

Please leave all of your personal data off, including MAC address.

 

Would you also be able to post a picture of the lights showing on your SH Hub 3?

I've looked into the hubs power levels etc and everything is within specification and looks fine.

 

How is the service today?

Still have the issue if power goes security cams do not log on and have to reboot hub few tines to get working and orange/red light on hub all the time

If there us a power outage and cones back on again cameras do not connect automatically have to reboot hub think issue with hub
