Hub 3 issues ongoing

Hi

Working from home at the moment and seem to be having ongoing issues with my Superhub 3.  I am regularly losing any 5ghz wifi connection on devices in the same room, my new Samsung TV intermittingly connects to the 2.4ghz sat near the hub and homeplugs are hit and miss as to whether they want to connect to the hub.  Most days now the speed over ethernet/wifi drops to a tiny amount and I'm having to reboot the hub daily.  I've factory reset it but these issues are still happening.

How do I go about getting a replacement, its not a cheap package to be having these issues.

Hi im sorry to hear you are having this problem. Can you disconnect all the ethernets from the back of the hub and reset the hub and dont plug them back in and see how your connection is. From what you're saying its possible a device is interfering with the hub.
