I am on a VM M350 broadband only deal. The problem I have is the hub 3 WiFi cutting out. When it does this, the WiFi icon is solid green and the power light, white. After a few minutes the connection is restored.
VM service check reveals no fault. Usual advice, reboot, factory reset. But it keeps happening.
log into hub3 - 192.168.0.1 [or 192.168.100.1 if in modem mode] - DON'T SIGN IN, click - click router status [centre of screen] - and post the downstream and upstream figures - to see those press on the grey buttons/boxes labelled - upstream - downstream
Post the logs requested retaining the table formatting.
