Hub 3 green power light and flashing internet light

I've searched the boards for this issue but it actually appears to be a local outage with many houses on my road experiencing the same thing. The tests I've run don't pick up any issue, and the website doesn't indicate an issue in our area. Individuals are trying to book an engineer but if it's a localised area fault, an individual engineer isn't what we need! Neighbours have spent an hour minimum on hold to log the fault; many are trying to work from home ...

Is there anything we can do to speed up a repair?

Depends what the issue is. If it does become an area outage then they won't send engineers to individual properties
