Hub 3 green lights

Hi for two days I have had no WiFi or internet access - the green power light and arrows take turns to flash - the green  WiFi symbol is on solid. Video interview tomorrow desperate for help. Been calling all weekend after and hour the lines cut out. 

hard resets done 

connections all finger tight

hub 3 setting stays says 2g and 5g connected but internet access denied. 

please anyone - any ideas or help?

It says wireless 2.4 and 5 ghz Connected 

internet Access denied.

just spoke to helpline they say said they could connect to the box and there was nothing they could do... literally on my own now

I'm having the same sort of issue, done all the necessary steps except the final one which is to book an engineer to come out.

Green wifi always on solid, green power on solid but green arrows are always flashing. 

No possible way to fix this other than waiting to see if it comes on again or booking an engineer?

They don’t turn up even when you book them - this form are disgraceful yet they take £100+ out my account everytime without fail
