We are new customers and just got a hub 3.0 had someone come install it and after a week or two we have had a green flashing power light and a solid green WiFi light tried resetting and rebooting and checking wires but nothing will change it does anyone have any idea!!!!!!!

Any kind of green light indicates an issue with install and is usually solved by doing a pin hole reset on the back of the hub. Failing that, you will need to either live chat or call into broadband faults so they can check the system
