The 2nd engineer visited and mentioned that there’s is an area wide problem which might be causing the issues, however I don’t see a date anywhere or an estimate of when it will be looked into
Thanks for coming back to us. I am really sorry it's not fixed and can see from the system check it's still disconnecting at an alarming rate. I'll send another tech but also message your Field Manager to put them in the picture, will send you a PM now.
