apologies, I didn't explain myself very well then. I meant when I'm in the wireless signal section changing the settings. my 2.4 is on channel 11 I believe and my 5ghz is on channel 36. Should I adjust those channels or just leave them be?

You need to use an analyser to see which channels are the most congested then change yours accordingly.

I use inSSIDer on my PC and >> THIS << on my android phone.
