Hub 3 constant red light

Hi,

The router is showing a constant red light and does feel warm to the touch, I have called in but not getting much luck there after being asked the same questions for over an hour.

To remedy the problem I have tried:

• Turning the power switch off on the back of the Hub.

• Unplugging the router

• The Hub is upright, in a well-ventilated location and out of direct sunlight.

• Completed a reset using the pinhole at the back.

Going from other forum posts it seems that the router needs to be replaced, so would really like some help getting this sorted as some have mentioned this a fire hazard!

After 1 hour 42 minutes on the phone I finally have an engineer visit booked after intially being told they couldn't do anything. Seems like you need to very insistent to get this resolved as it seems this problem might no be on their script.
