Hub 3 conflicting settings

Hi There.

i am hoping you might be able to help me. Everything was working fine till I upgraded today to the new booster pod. Followed all the instructions.

When I then went into my Virgin Connect App the pod was showing but got a message to say "Conflicting settings"

It then gives me 2 Network names which are both the same and when I try to apply changes I get "oops something went wrong message"

Before I had 2 separate network names and now their appears to be one network name which appears twice in the conflicting settings message

Appreciate any help you can offer. 




The frailty of the VM Connect app strikes again !

Connect to the Hub at login to the menu and make configuration changes needed.
