On the virgin media connect app I cannot connect to the hub as stating conflict settings and proving two options
WPA-WPA2 Personal or WPA2-Personal.
choosing either and the app respond oops something went wrong and suggest contacting support.
checked on the hub and WPA2-PSK which is not an option in the mobile app.
any guidance welcomed
The Network Name and password where changed a long period prior to this error message appearing.
the box has been rebooted. I cannot put my finger on any specific activity that has led to this message appearing in the app.

I have rebooted and left off for a few minutes. I deleted the app.
tirned the hub back on and waited for it to set up and then reinstalled the app.
next I will turn off the power boosters and try again. Seems all very complex jus t to get Wi-Fi managed in the house.
