I have both a wired and Wireless option to try and diagnose. I have been with Virgin for over ten years, in fact i think closer to 15
I am losing the will to live with my 200M connection
My wifi constantly drops during the day and even a booster does not help; ok so I think go wired then I can get away with the wifi drops. What it highlighted is that my whole broadband drops intermittently too but a factory reset (pen in the back) fixes it for just less than 24hrs
I did a think broadband but means nothing to me other than I see lots of red when I am actually on line. I pay a premium as I have not moved or called retentions (I know) but I am on the verge of walking
Surely its the router that I have had for a very very long time now?
