Hub 3 Solid Red Light

Hello there.

My VM Hub 3 also has a Solid Red light on it and has done for a few weeks now. I have pinhole reset the hub and also tried turning it off for a while and turning it back on and yet the solid red light remains. The Hub does not feel like it is overheating as mentioned on previous similar posts.

I have previously posted here https://community.virginmedia.com/t5/Networking-and-WiFi/Hub3-Red-light-solid/td-p/5377752 where some one else mentioned this issue but felt it may be easier if I had my own post up so as to not get lost in another persons issue.
