My Hub3 is now showing a solid red light. Hub is out in the open, well-ventilated, and not particularly warm. Have tried restarting, no change. So far no connection problems however. Can someone please advise what are my next steps? Thanks!

This is usually an indication which will need to be investigated further. To do this, we will just need to take some details via private message. This message will be available via the purple envelope on the top right of this page.
In the meantime, please ensure the Hub remains well ventilated and that it is powered down overnight and when you leave your home unattended.
