Hub 3 Red light

Tuning in

Hi, I’m having trouble with my Virgin Hub3 which is displaying a solid red light.

I have checked that all connections are secure, switched the Hub on & off several times.

I have tried the pinhole to reset but still no change.   

The hub is upright and in a well ventilated position.

I am concerned of the Hub overheating and wonder I need a new hub?

I’d really appreciate it if someone from the Forum Team could help me with this? Thank you.

I am having same issue, agent told me it was not an issue but will monitor it for 24hrs. This does not seem correct too me.

Sorry to hear of the difficulty you've been facing with the services, and with the solid red light on the base of the Hub 3.

Check out the envelope in the top right hand corner for a private message from me, and we'll arrange for an engineer to issue a replacement hub for you.



I have the exact same ussue

A Replacement Hub has now been installed -  all up and running. Thanks to  David_Bn & the Engineer.  Faultless Service.
