My hub has had a red light for months now. I've tried all the recommended fixes and no it's not in modem mode and it's not hot. I've had all the run around from CS countless times, "it's meant to be red" "it's waiting for an update" "it's updating" plus various others. What is so hard. The handbook says fault how to fix.
I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
