Hub 3 Ethernet Ports stopped working

Hi

This evening - nothing changed - and the 4 Ethernet ports on my hub 3 have stopped working. Wireless works fine - but of course my work computer is wired in so worried about Monday!

Logged in to router and see 0 Ethernet devices no matter what I plug in. 

I’ve seen the other posts so have tried:

- restart & all cables checked 

- 2 laptops and 1 desktop tried in each of the ports

- removing all devices and one by one adding

- green lights are showing on Ethernet sockets

- 60 second pin restart

- factory restart 

 

None of these are working.


Can I get some assistance please? I’d rather get it fixed with what I’ve got but if need new router need it ASAP!

Update - WiFi is working but on the default SSID now.

Sorry to hear you're having some issues, just to confirm did this get sorted for you now? From your latest post it does look like you have got it sorted but please do let me know if not so we can look into this further.
