Hub 3 Constant Orange light

Hi, My virgin WiFi Hub 3.0 has got a constant orange  light and our internet is working but download speeds are slow.

I have:

- turned it on and off at the wall

- checked all cables, switches etc for loose connections

- pressed reset button for 15 seconds

and the orange light is still on!

Box was installed in 2019, working from home so need this resolved ASAP

Hi @SherpaG thanks for your post here in the Community although we're sorry to hear of the concerns you've raised here.

So the orange light is no need for concern, it is just a case of a deteriorating LED bulb on the Hub but no sign of any performance issues directly.

However despite this, we can see you've got help via other means but if you do need further help beyond this, please don't hesitate to let us know!
