Hub 3 Connected with No Internet

Hi

My wifi keeps dropping out saying it is connected with no Internet. It has been doing this a few times everyday for the last couple of weeks, I am on the 200mbps service. I have tried rebooting and resetting my hub but the issue keeps happening and it happens on every device.

I only recently upgraded my service and I am only receiving speeds around 20mbps.

The hub only has the white power light on nothing else.

Could you access your router using http://192.168.0.1/ or http://192.168.100.1 for modem mode . You shouldn't need log in, select the 'Check Router Status' option and paste your 'Downstream', 'Upstream', and 'Network Log' tabs? Please copy/paste this data as text, split between multiple posts (Sometimes you have to click 'Post' twice due to an error message).

Could you please create a BQM (Broadband Quality Monitor) here, and post the live link?

Wired speed is great around 200mbps tonight and haven't noticed any connectivity issues using ethernet cables just wifi.

OK.

So first step is to do a 60 second pinhole reset on the hub.

And if that doesn’t solve it then look into getting your own router or mesh system
