Hub 3: 5GHz network missing

Hi there

I recently spotted that the 5GHz signal on my Hub 3 router has gone missing. I contacted your team on Twitter, who advised me to hold down the reset button for >60s (you can see the conversation here)

However, I have done this twice and it has not resolved the issue. Please can someone help?

Re: Hub 3: 5GHz network missing

Check in the Hub settings that the "Disable wifi" box is not ticked for 5GHz channel. Try clicking it on and off and saving settings inbetween

Re: Hub 3: 5GHz network missing

This is now resolved - a third attempt at a hard reset (>60s) caused the original SSIDs to reappear (2.4GHz and 5Ghz). I had a further problem with my booster boxes continuing to broadcast the old SSID - also solved (by logging in to them and change them manually).

All up and running again - thanks for your help.
