Hub 3 500mb packages broadband keeps dropping all this week.

Internet keeps dropping especially on all Ethernet connected devices. Started off once or twice now every 5 mins. 

New cables. Reset Hub

I see everyone is having the same issue!!

Does this mean you are aware of a service fault in your street from 0800 561 0061 ?

Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community. 

I am very sorry to hear of the broadband issues. There's not an area issue as such logged but you do need a technician visit, this due to the amount of disconnections we can see from the checks and some of the upstream channels out of spec.
