Hub 3.0 updating for 18 hours

Hi, our router went down around 6pm last night. Bottom light is green and the internet light is flashing green, which seems to mean it's downloading an update. It's done this previously and usually come back within half an hour, but this time it's still stuck in this update state over 18 hours later.

Have tried restarting the router and even doing a full reset but it just goes back into the update mode and we can't access the internet whilst it's doing this. Surely the update shouldn't take this long?

looks like an external fault rather than an update

Re: Hub 3.0 updating for 18 hours

As Tony says, so check for "known problems".

As well as trying the “check service,” weblink at the top of this forum board, there is also a Service Status number 0800 561 0061 which usually tells you of local issues, down to postcode level (that might even not yet be listed on the Service Status web page) that may give you more info. If nothing shows there call it in and see what they say when they test your connection and if possible get a fault reference number.
