Hub 3.0 showing red light

Hiya,

Our Hub 3.0 router has been showing red light instead of white for about a week now. I've reset the Hub but it's still showing a red light. Can you advise on what to do? Do I need a new Hub?

Welcome to the forums and thank you for taking the time to post. 

 

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with your hub, I have taken this opportunity to send you out a new hub. 

 

A red light on the hub indicates that there is an over heating problem with the hub, If you are spending any extended period of time away from using the hub please switch it of at the wall.  The hub should be with you in the next 3-5 days.
