Hub 3.0 has lost power, lights off, nobody home

I'm using my mobile internet to post this, it seems the power supply to our Virgin Hub 3.0 has failed, or perhaps there's more steps we can try to get it back up and running, or hopefully a replacement can be posted out.

 

Thanks in advance for any help, any 'push to start', which will resolve this, and go on to help others.

you should report it as a fault. it will take staff about a week to get to the post here so you might want to call in and report it
