My Hub 3.0 has had flashing green lights flashing since early evening yesterday,told it was fixed tonight but it wasn’t.. still flashing and when trying to source the problem info said access denied to internet???

I'm really sorry your hub has been flashing and you've had some issues accessing the internet, this ins't good.
Has this been resolved since your post?
If not are you able to reboot the hub and see if it continues?
Are you able to access the internet on any device at all?
Are we aware of any faults here, you'll also be able to log in and run a faults test.

No it isn’t sorted,it never came back on until Friday morning (from Tuesday) then went off again for 8hrs on Saturday. Today it was off when I came home at one o/clock and is still off now!!
i appreciate that there is a fault but I am having to pay for extra data on my mobile phone because of this,as well as paying for the dreadful service I am getting from virgin at the moment.
So have we confirmed it's a fault via the service page or have you spoken to the team?
In regards to the downtime, we can cover you for the loss of service and this would mean we'd apply a credit to your broadband account.
I'm afraid we'd be unable to cover any extras used or purchased.
