No Internet for 24hrs, hub 3.0 router reset for 60secs still nothing, all lights are green with arrows flashing green, sometimes the power light flashes green instead. Already one hour waiting with virgin helpline. Can anyone help?

0800 561 0061 is an automated service that will tell you of any issues down to the postcode level.
There have been a handful of reports of this number not working in the last couple of days though- seems VM are having phone issues...
if you get the all clear from that number then you’ll have to call the service desk. It opens at 9 this morning, try to call as soon as lines open, hopefully your wait will be shorter.
