Hub 3.0 factory reset next steps

Hi all

I was having issues with my Hub 3.0s internet connection this evening (internet access denied?) and after troubleshooting a few different things I did a factory reset using the reset button on the back of the hub.

Everything is working okay now, but as this is the first time I've done this I was wondering whether there are any settings that need to be changed or reenabled after a factory reset?

Another thing is that my devices used to pick up two different WiFi addresses, one for 2G and one for 5G, but now there's only one address listed and it doesn't state what G it is. Is this something to be concerned about?

Thanks a lot

Re: Hub 3.0 factory reset next steps

Pin hole reset sets the box back to shipped state. You need to go into the administrator setting and separate the WiFi bands into the two SSID names, it’s shipped with them combined.
