Hub 3.0 dropping 5g frequency

My hub 3.0 keeps dropping its 5g frequency.  It will return in a few minutes but can take up to 35 minutes. The issue started two weeks ago which I initially oput it down as a consequence of the increase in numbers accessing the service however it occures at all times of the day with no pattern or reasoning.

Hi have you tried changeing your channels and broadening your range of your modem,

This is done by accessing the modem via 192.168.0.1 and imputting the 8 number password on the bottom of the modem.

You need to go to advanced settings then wireless and disable smart wifi then change 5g to 20/40/80 channel 44 manual

Then 2g 20/40 manual channel 6
