Hub 3.0 diagnostic saying your home network has a few problems?

So I have rebooted my hub due to Wi-fi and internet problems. Checked security. Ran a diagnostic check and it has come up with this: Hub 3.0 diagnostic saying your home network has a few problems?

But it does not give any information or help just says that!

virgin do not seem to want to help customers but continue to charge extortionate prices without support.

It's a default error message.

What problems are you actually experiencing?

Thanks for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, I have had a look at things our end and cannot see any issues at all, your levels are all where they should be all in green.

 

If you are having further issues you can log onto, your online account and run some diagnostic checks, you may wish to have a look at our WIFI Tips.
