Recently has Virgin Media broadband and TV installed and on the connect app I’ve gone to scan for wifi blackspots and it’s says that I’m connected to my home network by an unrecognised access point and won’t let me scan. As far as I am aware I am connected to the Hub as I am online. Not really sure what to do as it keeps telling me to try again and the same result shows. I have one room where the internet drops in and out so want to scan to see if I can get a booster. Any one able to help at all as it’s doing my head in.
Boosters are only free if you have a Hub4 and even for free they’re not worth the hassle.
