Hub 3.0 Speed M200 slow speeds

I recently rang customer services for another issue and whilst on the phone I mentioned that the speed of the router for the last few months had been having intermittent issues with speeds. In some instances as little as 3Mb download reported on a M200 contract.

She said she did a quick check on my system and was red lighting across the board, but I didn't have time on the call to wait for tech support.

So can someone from support now take a look at my settings and check??

Thanks.

Re: Hub 3.0 Speed M200 slow speeds

A forum rep will respond in 5-10 days time.

However in the meantime please post the Network, Upstream and Downstream logs from the hubs admin pages back here as text

From the logs?

No - so long as you post as text it will remove any “sensitive” info automatically
