Hub 2 not connecting to internet. Have turned on and off/ reset numberours times. 2 way arrow light continually flashing on and off. Have tried both 2G and 5G wifi and also Ethernet cable - all 3 say ‘connected, no internet’.
Have tried service status check for my area and it says there are no problems. Cannot download any kind of speed test because it won’t connect to internet.
Called customer services and the automated system says it has done some tests. This has not solved it and the system is saying call centres are closed.
