Long time broadband customer on 200 Fibre looking to upgrade router (on SuperHub 2 currently) .
I'm aware of a web page for this https://store.virginmedia.com/existing-customer/my-offers/hub-swap which tells me I can upgrade for free, but when I click on 'place your order' I get a message 'Please call us about your upgrade'.
Needless to say, I can't call because lines are continuously unavailable.
How can I place this order?
You can wait here for 5 - 10 days for one of the forum staff to pick it up and respond, or you can call it in (though it seems that a lot of the service desk folks arent aware of the offer and may not be able to process it...)
