How to order a new Hub3

Hi All,

My wifi works fine but my ethernet ports on the rear of my Hub3 have stopped working, no lights etc.  Have tried a power cycle and factory reset but still no joy.  I have read on here that it is a known fault.

How do I request a new Hub?

Phone it in as a fault,  Best to try at 08:00 as the wait time should be less.
