I've got Volt benefits including Wifi Max but despite using the Virgin Media Connect App to scan the Wifi strength throughout my house, and finding upstairs rooms that have less than 20mbps, I see no way to order pods through the app?
How can I order pods please?
Also, do I need an upgrade to my hub as I have a Hub 3.0 and have recently upgraded my package to M500 broadband?

I couldn't see any way to order my 1st wifi pod online so I had to phone CS and attempt to navigate the phone options to get through to the right person who could help me with this order.....
Eventually got through to a lady in India who was very pleasant to speak to, but clearly non-technical and had trouble thinking outside of her L0 troubleshooting workflow and script. Apparently her system was not giving her the option to order a pod on my account as it was not able to detect any faults with my broadband service??? After 20 tedious minutes of explaining that I want to order a pod because the wifi signal strength in my house is poor upstairs at the opposite end of the house to where my Hub 3 is installed, she had to put me on hold for a few minutes whilst she worked out how to place an order for me..... 3 minutes later..... the call dropped!
I will have to go through it all again later when I have a free hour in my day unless someone from VM CS takes pity on me and responds to this thread beforehand.
