How to get access to Hub 3.0 settings if you've lost the password?

I don't have the sticker on the bottom of my Hub 3.0 router anymore I have no idea what happened to it and now I can't access the settings to configure anything.

In which case i believe the only way forward is to request a new hub from VM. you can either call it in or you can wait for the forum staff to pick it up (5 - 10 days).
