I have tried to order a booster online and via the app, neither lets me. I tried phoning customer services, but after having been on hold for 3/4 hour - quite a record I gave up. I have tweeted! there is no email address. Happy to pay extra £3 a month, but cannot work out how on earth to speak to anyone at Virgin.
As I can't rent out my room with no wifi this is costing me a lot of money.
Don’t pay £3 per month. That’s £36 per year in rental.
Put the money towards your own better kit.
