How to claim Volt mesh pods?

I have Volt benefits from being with O2 and VM. Apparently one of the Volt benefits is free mesh pods for the home to ensure quality connections. Anyone know how to claim these? There doesn't seem to be an area of the VM website to do this, and I'm unsure how to speak to a human at VM, and O2 says they won't supply it because it's a VM issue.

Anyone know how to get the pods?

The WiFi Max pods are something that you can get with your Volt package for free. This is done a few ways. You can download the Virgin Media 👉 Connect App and run through diagnostics and then it will take you to order them. Or you can reach out to our contact team on 📞 0345 454 1111, or via here and we can bring you into a private message where we run the diagnostics on your behalf and begin the process to order you one as a result of the diagnostics. 

The pods can only be ordered one at a time, here is more information on them for you to read 👉 WiFi Max. If you wish to do the process via here, we will send you a private message. Please look out for the envelope on the top right of your web browser or if you are using a mobile device it will be located under your profile icon.
